Summary
*Provide nursing services to PROS program participants with mental health disabilities by performing the following duties below. You will play a critical role in providing care to participants seeking to overcome barriers created by the mental health disability and restore functioning in various life roles. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with program providers to develop and update individualized recovery-oriented nursing care plans for program participants, following health care standards to ensure the optimal care, safety and well-being of the participant.
- Provide support to program psychiatrist, including entering prescriptions into the e-prescribing platform, maintaining appointment calendar and coordinating lab orders.
- Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure all new prescriptions and refills are ordered and received in a timely manner. Complete prior authorizations as needed with insurance companies and follow-up to obtain determination.
