Registered Nurse (RN) – Aesthetic & Weight Loss Clinic
Harmony Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their health, wellness, and aesthetic goals. Experience with medical weight-loss programs is preferred. Candidates with Botox and dermal filler certification and hands-on aesthetic experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups for medical weight-loss programs.
- Educate patients on weight-loss medications, treatment plans, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and expected results.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate appropriately with the medical provider.
- Administer medications and injections according to provider orders and established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records.
- Provide excellent patient education and customer service.
- Assist with patient follow-up, treatment adherence, and ongoing wellness support.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Follow all applicable clinical, safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers when appropriately trained, certified, and authorized.
- Support other wellness and aesthetic services offered by the clinic as needed.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness and aesthetics environment.
- Ability to educate patients and build strong, professional relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with medical weight-loss programs is preferred.
- Botox and dermal filler certification and experience is a plus.
- Aesthetic nursing or med-spa experience is highly desirable.
