About this role
Butler Rehab & Healthcare is looking for a RN Charge Nurse. New grads are welcome. Candidates should desire to be a part of a quality health care team with emphasis on supporting the mission and vision of our facility in its efforts to support our residents, family members, co-workers and general public.
Shift: Eve - Monday through Friday. Duties include providing nursing care to patients, administering and recording medications and treatments, assisting Physicians with diagnostic procedures, providing health care instructions to patients and families, participating in planning and evaluating nursing care, assisting in admission/transfer/discharge of patients, observing and reporting vital signs, maintaining patient comfort and safety, and assisting with unit management.
