About this role

Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient’s hospital stay, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Conducts thorough assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, documents patient responses, and educates patients and families. Provides specialized care such as pain management, restraint use, and abuse assessment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Communicates effectively with team members, facilitates handoffs, and participates in performance improvement activities. Ensures adherence to safety, infection control, and professional standards, while maintaining a respectful and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid RN license in applicable states, BLS certification, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality care. Physical ability for occasional patient handling and adherence to safety protocols is required.
