*Job Overview* Private *Duty Duties 1:1 * *Needed a RN or LPN with Vent, and trach *tube *experience. *Ventilator *is a LTV1150. Care is for an adult male. * * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. * Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and catheter care, adhering to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. * Manage airway support devices such as ventilators and perform tube feeding procedures with precision. * Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, traumatic injuries in Level I Trauma Centers, or critical illnesses in ICU settings. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and diagnostic evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Perform diagnostic specimen collection and processing, including phlebotomy and laboratory experience. * Educate patients and caregivers on health coaching, medication administration, pain management strategies, and post-acute care instructions. *Qualifications* * Valid RN or LPN license with current registration in the state of practice. * Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental delays, or in memory care environments. * Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with ICD-9/10 coding is preferred. * Critical care experience in settings like ICU or Level II/Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable. * Knowledge of infection control protocols, sterile processing techniques, and aseptic procedures. * Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to diverse patient populations. * Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver communication and patient assessment; experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
