Position Overview

We are seeking a personable, experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with clients, working independently, and providing high-quality IV therapy services in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments in accordance with established medical and nursing protocols.
  • Administer IV hydration therapies, vitamin infusions, and intramuscular injections as prescribed.
  • Accurately document treatments, assessments, and client interactions.
  • Monitor clients during and after treatment and communicate concerns to supervising providers and nursing leadership.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience.
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training, evaluations, special events, and community outreach opportunities as needed.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and collaborate with fellow team members.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York a plus (or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), infusion, or vascular access experience preferred.
  • Strong IV insertion and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable using electronic communication platforms and computer-based systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Availability for a minimum of two shifts per week.
  • Compliance with company dress code and professional standards.
  • Current personal nursing malpractice insurance coverage.
