Registered Nurse position in the GCMG Adult Hospital at Home - Nursing department (Full time, 36 hours per week, variable night shift). Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; monitoring patient conditions; administering medications and treatments; maintaining EHR documentation; upholding safety culture; and participating in unit councils and quality initiatives. May float to other units or facilities. Requires graduation from a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program, BLS certification, active unrestricted RN license, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience. BSN preferred.
