Job Summary

This role involves providing compassionate inpatient nursing care in a modern, state-of-the-art adult medical unit. The RN assesses, plans, executes, and evaluates patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. The position emphasizes patient-centered interactions, safety, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills
