Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and monitor vital signs Supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality care delivery Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and care plans Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to the nursing team Collaborate with physicians and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes Communicate policy, procedure, and regulatory updates clearly and promptly Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards Accurately document patient care activities and clinical interventions Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
