Optima Care Harborview is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional clinical team. In this vital role, you will help ensure the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents while delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and monitor vital signs

Supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality care delivery

Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and care plans

Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions

Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to the nursing team

Collaborate with physicians and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes

Communicate policy, procedure, and regulatory updates clearly and promptly

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards

Accurately document patient care activities and clinical interventions

Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities

Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
