About this role

Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN Location: Lubbock, TX 79415 Pay rate: $40/hr. Weekend Pay rate: $42/hr. Duration: 6-month contract (Possible extension)

Initial Training: The first 5 weeks will consist of mandatory training Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Regular Scheudle Following Training

2 PM - 10 PM shifts.

32 hours per week guaranteed.

Must be available to work every other weekend.

Scheduling may alternate based on staffing and patient care needs.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. The LVN will perform vocational nursing duties under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager. This position requires direct patient care experience, medication administration skills, and competency with advanced nursing procedures..

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience required; 2 years preferred.

Demonstrated competency with advanced nursing skills, including gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care preferred.
