Everett splits sharply by ZIP: west-side Craftsman bungalows on tight lots near Bayside (1-BR rents around $1,655), while east-side 98208 runs newer subdivisions. Port-backed waterfront luxury apartments undercut Bellevue and Kirkland on price-per-foot. Plan on roughly $75,000 to rent comfortably — over $160,000 to buy.

About the employer

Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- How does the productivity or RVU formula work?
- Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
- Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage, plus CME, licensing, and DEA support?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, and rotation?
