We establish and operate onsite medical clinics that provide immediate access to workplace healthcare and injury support.

Our services include onsite first aid and medical care, injury management, emergency response, preventive health services, wellness screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and onsite safety support. We work closely with project leadership and safety teams to promote employee well-being, improve emergency preparedness, and help clients maintain safe, compliant, and productive workplaces. We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Site Lead Paramedic or Registered Nurse *to oversee medical operations at one of our new project sites.

Summary

The Site Lead will serve as the primary medical leader for the project, overseeing daily clinic operations while ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This individual will supervise the onsite medical team, maintain quality assurance standards, coordinate staffing, and serve as the primary liaison between First Response Health & Safety and project leadership.

Qualifications

  • Current, active RN license in the State of Texas or current National Registry Paramedic certification.
  • Hold up to date BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Knowledge of OSHA first aid standards and workplace injury management.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • *Must be able to work Nights/Weekends if requested.*
  • Possess excellent verbal / written communication skills.
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable working in a construction environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in using web-based apps and software programs daily*\**

Responsibilities

*

The Site Lead Paramedic/RN will oversee the daily operation of the onsite medical clinic while providing direct occupational health and injury care to the project workforce. This role will serve as the primary medical point of contact for the jobsite and will work closely with First Response leadership, project management, safety personnel, local medical providers, and client representatives.

  • Lead the daily operations of the onsite medical clinic and ensure the clinic remains organized, properly staffed, and ready to respond.
  • Provide assessment, first aid treatment, and follow-up care for workplace injuries and illnesses within the appropriate scope of practice.
  • Oversee injury case management, employee follow-ups, return-to-work coordination, and referrals to outside medical providers when necessary.
  • Supervise, support, and provide clinical guidance to members of the onsite medical team.
  • Create and maintain the jobsite medical staff schedule and coordinate coverage for absences, vacancies, and changing project needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, chart audits, and routine compliance checks.
  • Ensure onsite medical services follow company protocols, client requirements, and OSHA first aid standards.
  • Communicate injury updates, trends, and operational concerns to First Response leadership and designated client representatives while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Monitor medical supplies, medications, equipment, and clinic inventory to maintain operational readiness.
  • Assist with the onboarding, orientation, training, and performance development of onsite medical personnel.
  • *Build positive working relationships with workers, subcontractors, safety teams, and project leadership.*
  • *Provide professional, responsive customer service and help maintain a consistent standard of care across the project.*
  • *Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.*

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
