Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for attending to the daily living and safety needs of an assigned group of participants and aiding the licensed nursing associates in the care of participants by performing various participant care activities and related non-professional services.

Meets participant’s personal hygiene and basic needs in a timely and caring manner. Assists participants with activities of daily living, such as feeding, ambulation and other activities. Responds to all call lights promptly and fulfills participant request or obtains appropriate assistance. Performs and assists with assigned non-sterile procedures and other assigned tasks in support of participant care. Ensures that the participant is comfortable, necessary supplies are available and within reach, and physical privacy is maintained.
