About this role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing/OR this position enables patients to approach surgery with understanding and confidence. Acts as liaison between hospital, patient, and physicians. Alerts Surgeons and Anesthesiologist regarding abnormal lab results and medication problems. Assembles required lab, x-ray and EKG reports on patients care pre-op. Instructs patient regarding appropriate medication prior to surgery.

Education/Training/ Experience
- Three years’ operating room or three years PACU experience preferred.
Certifications/Licenses
- Current California RN License required.
- Current CPR required.
