Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care by assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses and side effects.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Delegate appropriate patient care tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical Oncology or related nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
