Pediatric or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being through comprehensive assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong background in various medical settings, including acute care, outpatient services, and emergency medicine. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for pediatric patients. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. * Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret laboratory results. * Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventive care. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems * Manage acute conditions and provide triage services. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards. *Experience* Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences: * New graduates as well as experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. * Experience with children in a clinical or medical office setting is essential. * Familiarity with pediatric-specific procedures such as suturing, wart removal etc... * Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-9, ICD-10) and documentation practices is required. * Proficiency in using EMR systems for patient management. * We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about pediatric healthcare to apply for this rewarding position.
