Balboa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable *Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse* to join our team on the *PM shift, weekends only*.

Responsibilities
*
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff during the shift
- Provide leadership, clinical guidance, and support to the interdisciplinary team
- Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and facility departments to deliver quality resident care

Qualifications

- Current California RN license in good standing
- *Previous experience as an RN Charge Nurse required*
- *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required*
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
