*Role Description* The Registered Nurse (RN) at Willowbrook Place provides direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of health status. This full-time, on-site role in Thiensville, WI involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, documenting care accurately, and responding to changes in residents’ conditions. The RN supports and guides caregiving staff, ensuring adherence to care plans, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.
Daily responsibilities include communicating with residents and families, participating in care conferences, and promoting a safe, person-centered environment that aligns with the community’s mission of enriching seniors’ lives.
*Qualifications*
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin and completion of an accredited nursing program.
