About this role
The Supervisor CDS Informatics provides day-to-day leadership for the Clinical Decision Support Informatics team, ensuring team members are supported, work is prioritized effectively, and deliverables align with Network and Office of Transformation priorities. This role partners with Transformation leadership to establish and track team OKRs, manage performance, remove barriers to execution, and promote continuous learning and improvement. The Supervisor serves as a liaison between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, IT services, vendors, and operational leaders to help ensure CDS tools support clinical workflows, evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and organizational goals.

Requirements
- RN
- Vocational/Technical or Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Current, active clinical license or certification as required for clinical experience
- RN License (alternate clinical experience may be considered in lieu of RN licensure)
- Epic Certification required within 3 months from hire
- 3+ years clinical practice experience required
