About this role

Registered Nurse (RN) OASIS experience in DFW and surrounding areas. Looking for Registered Nurses with OASIS experience to care for clients in home health settings. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing client care, maintaining competency through continuing education, administering and recording medications, carrying out prescribed treatments, admitting and discharging patients, and respecting patients' rights and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Texas
  • 1-year experience as a RN in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • PALS Certification
  • TNCC Certification
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of the skills assessment
