Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and supports the physician in delivering the highest quality concierge-level healthcare. This role ensures a positive membership experience by coordinating clinical care, assisting with patient education, and supporting front-office operations when needed. The RN promotes MDVIP’s values by fostering long-term patient relationships, contributing to membership growth/retention, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with a select patient panel. Work closely with our physician in a true collaborative partnership during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment. Implementation and management of Chronic Care Management (CCM), including accurate documentation, patient enrollment, monthly call compliance, and revenue contribution Provide direct patient care including vital signs, medication administration, injections, immunizations, wound care, and diagnostic testing within scope of practice.
Manage patient records by accurately inputting information into electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate comprehensive care plans and follow up with patients personally. Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to patient needs with care and attention.
Apply expanded clinical skills in a thoughtful, patient-centered environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
