Responsibilities include providing pre-procedure assessment, patient preparation, and perioperative nursing care for endoscopy procedures using Epic EMR; monitoring vital signs, airway status, and sedation; preparing and assisting with endoscopic procedures; documenting procedures and medications; collaborating with gastroenterology and anesthesia teams; and educating patients and families on post-procedure care.
Requirements
Active California RN license, endoscopy or perioperative nursing experience preferred, Epic EMR experience, BLS certification, nursing degree from accredited program (BSN preferred).
