About this role

This private-duty RN position offers dedicated, one-on-one care for a highly intelligent patient with quadriplegia in a quiet, stable home environment. If you're looking to step away from the fast pace of hospital work, this role offers part-time flexible scheduling.

An established plan of care is already in place. Day-to-day responsibilities include transfers, bowel care, and following the established care routine — full training provided. The role centers on delivering hands-on support that honors the patient's dignity, comfort, and independence, while helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.

This is a fast-paced, positive, and respectful work environment. We are not looking for a talkative person or companion care. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Independent research on spinal cord injury and quadriplegia is encouraged.

A high standard is placed on exemplary work ethic and personal integrity. We are looking for someone ready to build a lasting presence in a long-term role rather than rotate through short-term placements.
