About this role
Crossway HomeCare is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services. The role involves ensuring outstanding patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include leading and developing the clinical leadership team, recruiting and retaining nurses, overseeing patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts and federal home care regulations, leading QAPI, driving clinical productivity, partnering with referral sources, maintaining survey readiness, and developing systems for sustainable growth.
This is an in-person, Monday–Friday role that can be hybrid and may require homecare visits.
