About this role
Seva Hospice is a locally owned and operated company of experienced hospice providers with a desire to serve the communities we live and work in. Due to growth, we are looking for an RN Case Manager to join our dynamic team to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. This is a full time position, participating in on call weekend rotation. This position serves Tulare County and surrounding communities.
