Registered Nurse – Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit

The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They provide direct patient care, oversee staff, and support professional development and performance evaluations.

They coordinate staffing, conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues, and facilitate communication among staff and other departments. They help develop nursing policies, promote evidence-based practices, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. They handle patient and family concerns, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
