About this role

Position Overview

Provides direct nursing care in a Medical ICU setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary care to ensure well-organized patient treatment.

Administers physician and nursing orders, assesses patient conditions, and communicates updates effectively. Coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team members. Supports team cohesiveness and collaborates with supervisors and leadership present daily.
