About this role
A well-established healthcare staffing firm is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to represent the company in marketing and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the firm and healthcare providers, fostering strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Engage with existing, potential, and new clients to promote staffing solutions and services.
- Participate in the bid and proposal process for new business opportunities.
- Attend pre-bid conferences and ensure accurate understanding of bid requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction.
- Travel regularly to client sites and events as required.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in healthcare staffing, marketing, or business development preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
