Schedule
12-hour – 8-hours on Friday 10:00am 6:30pm, and 12-hours Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 7:30pm. The Weekend Baylor Assessment and Referral RN is a registered professional nurse who assesses and evaluates patients being admitted to the hospital, takes physician orders and does complete medication reconciliation. Must have good clinical skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
