Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Neurosciences

Assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered nursing care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and modify care plans accordingly. Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and education, while participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Perform assessments, address holistic patient needs, coordinate care and discharge planning, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions. Engage actively in team goals, quality, and safety programs.
