RN (Registered Nurse)

Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Promote a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Tennessee Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Join Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing?
