About this role
Saint Therese – Monroe, MI. Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN). Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday. Available Shifts: Part-Time: 6:00pm - 10:30pm (20 hours per two week pay period). Five
- 4 hour shifts per two week pay period. Join Saint Therese at IHM, a Top 200 Workplace, and build meaningful relationships with seniors in a close-knit community focused on personalized, compassionate service. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness. Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members. Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care. Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.

Requirements
- RN license

- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current MI RN license
- Good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred but not required
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
