About this role

Who We Are

We are committed to becoming the destination of choice for long-term senior care. We are growing our team and adding Amazing Healthcare Professionals. What we need to get there is a motivated LVN or RN who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing her/his talents under the guidance of an amazing DON, talented, supportive ADON's, and great clinical staff.

Who You Are

You care about serving your residents. We cannot teach that—either you have it or you do not. But, if you have that trait, then you can change the world one resident at a time! You have a dream of becoming your best self, whether that is career growth (maybe becoming an RN?) or providing the best cares in the world—either way you will change your life! You are a team player and want to work with other team players.

Tyler, the Rose Capital of America, blends East Texas piney woods charm with a growing medical hub. Rose-district murals and azalea-lined brick streets hint at deep community roots, while major regional health systems draw nurses seeking manageable commutes, mild winters, and a slower suburban pace that still keeps weekend lake trips within easy reach.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
