About this role
The Resident Services Director oversees and supervises the care of all residents at Cooper River Assisted Living, while also providing direct resident/patient care. Oversees the health services department, ensures resident care needs are met by coordinating resident care, managing health services systems, and providing supervision to health services team members. Promotes a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
