We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
Position
Summary
The RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and medication administration
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor resident condition and respond to changes appropriately
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
Current RN license in good standing
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
