About this role
CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home assessments for clients who require support services in the home. Duties include conducting onboarding in-home assessments, creating non-medical care plans, onboarding new clients, educating patients and families, utilizing electronic medical record systems (AxisCare), and scheduling initial caregiver visits.
