We are hiring a Charge RN for our 48 bed, step down unit. The Charge RN will under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care.

Our unit treats a wide variety of patients including those with Stroke, CHF, GI, Renal, Neurologic conditions, patients in respiratory distress, Neuro, and post bariatric surgery patients.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of nursing experience required
  • Associate Degree from accredited academic nursing program
  • Registered Nurse licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
  • ACLS certification
  • 12 hour shift
