Summary
Delivers care for a group of patients applying the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team. Responsible for professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence. Functions as a preceptor or mentor wihtin the department. May function in a charge role as needed.
