About this role

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.

Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

Assist in training and orientation of new employees.

Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.

Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What You Need

Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a salaried/exempt position.
