Requirements
- Active RN license (NV or compact eligible)
- Proven nursing leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center or a hospital setting with surgical services exposure
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in fast-paced clinical environments
- Strong grasp of healthcare operations, including budgeting, utilization management, and staffing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change initiatives and build a positive team culture
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred
