- Supervise nursing assistants
- Complete resident admission/readmission
- Coordinate care in an organized and flexible manner
- Initiate and maintains accurate and thorough documentation
- Monitor and countersign nursing assistant’s documentation records
- Exemplifies a positive customer service behavior
