About the Role
Eagle's View Supportive Living & Memory Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team.
In this role, you will provide exceptional, resident-centered nursing care while promoting the health, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being of our residents. You will work closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care in a supportive and welcoming senior living community.

Minimum Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in supportive living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems Knowledge of state regulations and senior living best practices Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing nursing evaluations Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, families, and the care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate residents, families, and team members regarding health conditions and care plans Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide clinical leadership when needed Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and nursing standards Skills for Success
