Position Description

Do you thrive in a hands-on nursing role where you can make a daily impact on patient care? We’re seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team and help deliver high-quality, compassionate care. In this role, you’ll support individuals served through the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating closely with RNs, healthcare practitioners, and the broader care team.

What You’ll Do

Assist in assessing and collecting data on patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs Contribute to individualized treatment planning and individuals served education alongside RNs and healthcare staff Administer medications safely and accurately, following established procedures Perform diagnostic tasks, such as obtaining lab specimens and conducting EKGs Monitor and document controlled substances, syringes, and sharps each shift Respond effectively to codes and health emergencies using established protocols Support therapeutic diet plans and nutritional needs as directed by healthcare practitioners

What We’re Looking For

Education

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (required)

Experience

At least 1 year of clinical experience (required)

Licenses/Certifications

Current LVN license in the state of employment (required)
