About this role
Join as a Registered Nurse in a patient-centered rehabilitation environment, providing compassionate, individualized care to support recovery and healing.
Key Responsibilities Include
Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing tailored care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their needs and facilitate recovery. Collaborating with departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient support when necessary. Serving as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
Qualifications
Valid RN licensure according to state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
