About this role
The ASC, Registered Nurse (RN) Manager is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients under the direction of the physician as necessary. Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the ASC RN Manager contributes to GU by assisting with the provision of safe and effective clinical care in accordance with a defined scope of practice. The ASC RN takes on greater responsibility including overseeing the duties of the clinical and administrative staff assigned to the ASC in providing patient care. The ASC RN Manager must demonstrate a higher level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills in directing the functions and partnering with licensed staff.
