Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Venango County Prison.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in a safe and secure correctional setting. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing direct nursing care and treatment to patients Administering medications and treatments as ordered Performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions Responding to medical needs and emergencies Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborating with the healthcare team to support continuity of care Educating patients on medications, treatments, and healthy practices Maintaining a professional, compassionate approach with every patient Why Correctional Healthcare?

What You’ll Need

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional patient care
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment
