As the Nurse Manager/Health Services Director at Trustwell Living, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional care for our Assisted Living residents. Requirements
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license or ability to obtain is encouraged. An unencumbered license is required. An LPN with leadership experience may also be considered.
- Proven clinical leader in an assisted living or LTC environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Wellness Director, Health Care Coordinator (HCC) or Director of Nursing (DON)
- Understand the importance of being state survey ready, every day
- Have a current driver's license
- Pass drug screening
- Background screening
