About this role
Per diem/part-time RN position providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes throughout Bucks County, PA. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, providing skilled nursing services (medication management, wound care, catheter and ostomy care, injections, chronic disease monitoring), supervising home health aides, educating clients and families, documenting care, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania or valid multistate/compact license
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass criminal background check and required clearances (PA Child Abuse Clearance)
- Physical exam and TB screening per agency and state requirements
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
