About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, demonstrating expertise in diverse nursing practices, including complex assessments, medication administration, and wound care. The Home Health RN is responsible for traveling to a patient's home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include comprehensive medical assessments, medication administration, medical and post-operative support, patient and family education and care coordination.
